Not All Lemon Water Is Created Equal – Suck Every Bit Of Benefit Out Of That Lemon – All 42 Of Them – Using This Recipe

Not all lemon water is created equal.

Recipe for Highly Effective Lemon Water
- 1/4 to 1/2 of organic lemon – freshly squeezed or juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon of organic lemon peel (Here is that ONE ingredient)
- 1 teaspoon of raw, organic unpasteurized honey – any flavor (needed only if drinking not for external applications)
- 8 ounces of purified water
- a straw (very important)
Directions:
- In the morning and/or at night when your stomach is empty – Boil some purified water.
- Pour at least 8 ounces into a mug and sit aside as it cools.
- Wash your organic lemon thoroughly.
- Grate a half teaspoon of lemon peel off the lemon and drop into the cooling water.
- Cut lemon in half. (Then cut the half into a quarter if you would prefer to start off using only a quarter lemon.) Squeeze the lemon juice out directly into the cooling water. (Or juice the lemon using a juicer and then pour off juice into the cup of cooling water.)
- Now that the lemon water is cooled down, it is safe to pour in your raw, organic, unpasteurized honey so not to destroy the nutrients by the heat. (If still too hot, add a little cool water before adding honey.) NOTE: Add honey for drinking – not needed for external applications.)
- Stir lemon water until honey is well dissolved.
- Drink with a straw so to prevent the acid in the lemon water from directly coming in contact with your tooth enamel which may cause enamel erosion.
Drink a cup of warm honey lemon water every morning on an empty stomach (or at night) to experience its long lasting health benefits.
